The bedroom on the left was like a cocoon of comfort, with its luxurious double bed, adorned with silky 400-thread count linen and fluffy hotel-standard towels. It felt like sleeping on a cloud, surrounded by charming ceiling beams and softly lit bedside lamps.

This hidden gem exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the amazing facilities and dog-friendly atmosphere. Despite not meeting the host, the key safe made check-in a breeze. The location was spot-on, providing easy access to nearby attractions and the stunning Suffolk Coast. The comfy bed and fantastic shower added a touch of luxury to our stay. Highly recommended for a mind-blowing short break in Suffolk. Plus, with Wi-Fi, free parking, and pet-friendliness, it ticked all the boxes. Absolutely super!

The property is conveniently located, making it a good base for exploring the area. It is only a short drive from the town center and close to a friend's wedding reception venue. the bed is comfortable and the shower is great, providing a pleasant experience.
The design of the property is odd and lacks practicality, with limited storage space in the bedroom and bathroom. the bedroom window does not open, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

We had a small issue upon arrival, but Sadie from Suncatch Corner was quick to apologize and offer a solution. The location was perfect for our needs, being close to my friend's wedding reception. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Despite the minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, the property served as a good base for exploring Suffolk. I would recommend this place for a weekend getaway in Saxmundham.

Convenient location for exploring Suffolk. Well-equipped and dog-friendly property. Easy access to Orford, Southwold, and the Suffolk Coast path. Comfy bed and sofa.
